Period English Oak hand carved blanket chest or trunk c1690. This hand made hand carved period seventeenth century English blanket chest is all original with just a minor repair to the top of one of the lids edges. Measures 47 inches wide by 14 inches deep by 20 and one half inches high.. Book jack ends, and iron hinges. Just in from a Lewis Crescent Brighton England Estate. this piece was in the same family for generations. Rick old deep waxed finish.
