English regency bedroom or library steps, early to mid 1800's, in original painted bamboo motif decoration. Suitable for use as an end table. The steps cleverly conceal an early "necessary" also known as a commode. 25 inches wide, 33 and one quarter inches deep, and 24 inches high.
