Hand made American cherry Country Chippendale secretary desk c1980

 Hand made American furniture New England style solid cherry Country Chippendale drop front secretary desk c1980. This secretary was made in the 18th century style. Hand planed solid cherry boards, raised panels, dovetailed drawers, bracket feet. Made in two parts with a full interior under the drop front lid. Measures 90 and one half inches tall, 40 and one half inches wide across its top doors and 42 and one half inches wide at its base. It is 22 inches deep and 31 and one half inches to the top of the writing surface. This piece was so well made one would think it to be an original 1780 desk.
