Large rustic late Victorian painted wood bird house c1880. This airy bird house retains its original painted decoration. Found in New Hampshire. It measures 57 inches high by 38 inches wide and 20 inches deep. Very good condition with some minor rails missing.

Continental pine rent table with drawer c1750, with later top. Measures 32 inches high, 39 inches wide and 26 inches deep. The original drawer has an iron pull and large hand cut dovetails. It measures 20 inches wide by 7 and one half inches high. Property owners transported rent tables in wagons to the fields to collect taxes.

Set of four balloon back cane seat chairs c1900. Each chair is hand carved, retains its original painted surface and has hand woven cane seats. Each chair measures 38 and one half inches high, 19 and one half inches wide, 18 and one half inches deep and 18 and one half inches to the seat. They are all strong, comfortable, and in excellent condition.

The pair would make nice benches or wall shelves. Each piece measures 36 inches wide by 12 inches deep and 16 and one half inches high.
