Eldred Wheeler Nantucket 1780-90 style Chippendale style blanket chest with hearts and compass. Measures 39 inches long, 19.5 inches deep, and 25 inches high. Excellent condition. Eldred Wheeler was established in 1977 and is no longer in business. In its day the company made the finest copies of authentic Early American furniture. D. R. Dimes small size tiger maple chest ogee bracket feet. Pronounced tiger grain. Paper label and branded mark. Four graduated dovetailed drawers, chamfered drawer bottoms and dovetailed top. Dimes no longer makes hand crafted case pieces like this one. Measures 28.5 inches high, 24 inches wide and 16 inches deep.
Early period American Sheraton tiger maple work table circa 1830. Strong grain all over tiger maple. Even the knobs are solid tiger maple. Wooden pin construction, two hand-dovetailed drawers with chamfered bottoms. Measures 30" high x 20" square. Excellent condition.
18th century new England four-slat ladder back arm chair with splint seat. Circa 1730. Original surface, excellent condition. Measures 43.5" high to the back, 26.5" high to the arms, 16.5" high to the seat, 22" wide at the arms, and 15.5" deep at the seat.
Matching pair of Nathan Margolis cherry snake foot candle stands. Classic Queen Anne style. Fine turnings, dovetailed bases, shaped tops with chamfered bottoms. one top is single board and one top is two board. Each measures 27.5" high x 19" square. Very good condition.
